We are pleased to announce that the 8th International Symposium on Growth of III-Nitrides (ISGN-8) will be held from November 9 (Sunday) to November 12 (Wednesday), 2025, at the International Conference Hall, Kuang-Fu Campus, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan.

This marks the long-awaited return of the ISGN symposium and its first-ever hosting in Taiwan. The call for papers and sponsorship/exhibition is now open, and we warmly invite your participation and contributions.
